Why I never throw out a Williams Sonoma catalog…

Okay that’s not technically true…  I do toss them once I figure out what recipes I want to keep - and they do put them all up on their website which is very helpful.  Their latest catalog is ‘Winter in the Alps’ theme and the main dish is a pork roast with pears and leeks....
